Obituary for
Lawrence F. Cantarano
Lawrence F. Cantarano, 62, passed away peacefully with his wife by his side at his home on November 13, 2015 in Kissimmee, Florida after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Faustino and Catherine Cantarano. He is survived by his wife Judith; daughter Dana (John) Berry and grandsons Connor and Lawson; daughter Lisa (Ryan) Parker and grandson Caden; brother Craig (Ellen) Cantarano and several nieces and nephews.
Born in Bridgeport, CT and raised in Stratford, CT, Larry moved to Oxford , CT in 1984 after building his first home. There, he served as a volunteer firefighter for the Oxford Fire Dept. and as an EMT for the Ambulance Crew. Volleyball, bowling, softball, flag football, fishing and hunting occupied his time along with raising his daughters. He moved to Colorado in 1992 and resided in Littleton and Parker. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam era and was so proud to be a veteran. He enjoyed a lifelong career in medical sales with Park City Hospital; US Counselling Services, The Remi Group; Intellamed and EMTS. He retired from EMTS as Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, CRMP in 2015 and moved to Central Florida. Larry was a friend to all he met and will be sorely missed. He was proud to say he visited every state during his career and loved to travel with his wife. His greatest joy was his grandsons.
