Barbara Ann "Barb" Comer
Barbara Ann Comer was 66 at the time of her passing, and was residing in Castle Rock, Colorado. She passed away on August 22, 2015 in the Porter Hospice in Littleton, Colorado after a brief fight with cancer.
Barbara was born on May 12, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio to Robert and Rita (Youngerman) Mulhern. She had four siblings, Ed, John, Debbie and Diane.
She had two sons, Terry and Tom whom she raised by herself. Barb was very family oriented, and being with those she loved was the most important thing in her life. She worked in the health insurance industry, and lived most of her life in Huber Heights, Ohio, moving to Colorado in July 2015.
Barb is survived by son Terry (Janiece Murphy) Comer of Castle Rock, CO, son Tom (Angela) Comer of Randallstown, MD, granddaughter, Lily Comer of Randallstown, MD, step-grandson John Ramey of Hagatna, Guam, brother Ed (Gail) Meosky of Austin, TX, brother John Mulhern of Huber Heights, OH, sister Diana Thompson of Piqua, OH, many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, and dear friends Margie and Dwayne George, Pam George and Robin Cox.
Barb was predeceased by parents Robert and Rita Mulhern of Huber Heights, OH, sister Debbie Mulhern of Huber Heights, OH, and step-granddaughter Maureen Ramey of Parker, CO.
A celebration of Barb's life will be held on August 27, 2015 at 10:30am at Parker Funeral Home, 10325 Parkglenn Way Parker, Colorado 80138. A wake will be held immediately afterward at the home of Terry Comer and Janiece Murphy, 5915 Hoofbeat Place, Castle Rock, CO 80108.
